Burudani House is a family home on Mida Creek. Only the ground floor of the house is available for holiday lets. There is a new outhouse with a private twin bedroom should your party be larger than 4 adults. The Main House comprises a double master bedroom & twin bedroom. There is a large swimming pool with outside seating areas and a shaded dining area. There is access to the rooftop terrace to enjoy the incredible sea view and enjoy sundowners in the evenings.

La Casucha of Burudani House Watamu
La Casucha is an outhouse with a private twin bedroom and en-suite shower room. Whilst there is a ceiling fan within the large mosquito net, the room includes two additional stand-up fans as well. La Casucha has its own private veranda with a small seating area.

Situated at the back of the house, the kitchen has an overhead fan, 4 slice toaster, kettle, microwave, sandwich toaster, hot plate, water filter (not a dispenser), large fridge/freezer, blender, 3 ice trays, 3 coffee plungers, bottle cooler, and a chest freezer.

The living room has three comfy sofas surrounding a large chest coffee table. There is an overhead fan and French windows opening out to the veranda, garden, pool, and outdoor seating areas.

Connectivity at Burudani House Watamu
Wifi has been installed at the house and you can arrange with Watamu Property Services to purchase data bundles. The house also benefits from good 3G and 4G reception from local network providers.

The space

Master Bedroom of Burudani House Watamu
The Master Bedroom includes a queen-sized double bed with an overhead fan within the large mosquito net, air-conditioning unit and en-suite shower room. There is a dressing table, two closets (including a safe for your valuables) and a futon sofa. The room opens out onto a lovely breezy veranda, lots of seating areas to choose from and the swimming pool beyond.

Bedroom Two has twin beds with an overhead fan within the large mosquito net, air-conditioning unit and en-suite shower room. There is a dressing table, closets and a private entrance as well as an internal door connecting to the Master Bedroom -ideal for families sharing.

Security at Burudani House Watamu
The property is walled on the roadside with a wooden gate that is locked at night. A night watchman (askari) is shared with Amani House next door and the house is kitted out with G4S panic buttons. Burudani House is a Watamu Against Crime member.

Power
There is a generator for backup electricity should there be a power cut. It supports all the home appliances, fans, and air conditioners.

Staff-quarters
There is an additional room in the staff quarters should a guest bring their own member of staff. Sheets, a mosquito net, and a towel are all provided.
